Bev Weise, Founder and President of Leadership Talent Solutions, helps organizations identify and develop leadership talent, engage their employees, and strengthen individual and organizational performance. She has a unique background combining 20+ years experience in all aspects of Talent, Change, Performance, and Succession Management, and is an Adjunct Faculty member at Antioch University’s Masters of Organizational Management Program.
For 8 years as Executive Director of Interlaw, Ltd., an international association of law firms located in 120 cities worldwide, she led the organization through tremendous growth and financial stability, nurturing its core values of collaboration, learning, and cross-cultural relationship building. Previously, as Northrop Grumman’s Corporate Director of Executive Planning and Development, Bev initiated the company’s first succession management process: The Organization and Leadership Review. She initiated and implemented the CEO’s annual Strategic Leadership Conference for senior leaders and facilitated the CEO’s Total Quality Team.
Bev has coached and consulted to leaders in a variety of industries, including aerospace, law, manufacturing, non-profits, healthcare and biotech, helping them achieve an even greater level of personal and organizational success and satisfaction. She is an ICF certified coach.
An accomplished speaker, Bev Weise has delivered presentations to global audiences on topics including “Succession Planning and Leadership Development” (Mexico), “Negotiating Across Cultures” (Brazil), and “Managing Conflict.” (Czech Republic). She presents at professional associations, companies, educational institutions and national conferences on a range of topics including “Identifying and Leveraging Strengths,” “Managing Across Generations” and “Building a High Performance Culture.”
