Beverly L. Weise, MBA

Bev Weise, Founder and President of Leadership Talent Solutions, helps organizations identify and develop leadership talent, engage their employees, and strengthen individual and organizational performance.  She has a unique background combining 20+ years experience in all aspects of Talent Management, with 8 years experience as Executive Director of Interlaw, Ltd., an international association of law firms located in 120 cities worldwide.  She led the organization through tremendous growth and financial stability by nurturing its core values of collaboration, learning, and cross-cultural relationship building. Previously, as Northrop Grumman’s Corporate Director of Executive Planning and Development, Weise initiated the company’s first Organization & Leadership Review succession management process, and implemented the CEO’s annual Strategic Leadership Conference for senior leaders.

An accomplished speaker, Bev Weise and has delivered presentations to global audiences on topics including “Succession Planning and Leadership Development” (Mexico), “Negotiating Across Cultures” (Brazil), and “Managing Conflict.” (Czech Republic).  She  speaks at professional associations, companies, educational institutions and national conferences on a range of topics from “Identifying and Leveraging Strengths,”  to “Engaging Employees and Building a High Performing Culture.”

A graduate of UCLA’s Anderson School of Management’s M.B.A and Executive Program, Weise is an ICF certified Executive Coach and is an Adjunct Faculty member at Antioch University.
