founder / principal
Bev Weise’s passion for developing leaders, teams, and organizations led her to found Leadership Talent Solutions in 2008. She consults and coaches across industries, functions, roles, and geographies to accelerate the development of leaders and create systems that support higher performance and greater employee engagement.
Prior to founding Leadership Talent Solutions, Bev Weise was Executive Director of Interlaw Ltd., where she led an international association of law firms through a period of tremendous growth and change. She created innovative programs for independent, full service, local law firms to collaborate cross-culturally on sharing Best Practices in law firm management and business development.
Previously, as Northrop Grumman’s Corporate Director of Executive Planning and Development, she created the first companywide succession management process (Organization & Leadership Review), facilitated the CEO’s year-long Total Quality Management team, and implemented the CEO’s annual Strategic Leadership Conference for the top 120 company leaders. While at Northrop Grumman, she focused on all aspects of leadership development, organization change, and team development.
Bev Weise completed her B.A. in History (cum laude), M.B.A. in Organization Management, and the Executive Program at UCLA. She is an ICF certified coach and was an Adjunct Faculty member at Antioch University.
