Bev Weise’s passion for developing leaders, teams, and organizations led her to founding Leadership Talent Solutions in 2008.  She consults and coaches leaders across industries, functions, roles, and geographies to accelerate the development of leaders.

Prior to founding Leadership Talent Solutions,  Bev was Executive Director of Interlaw Ltd., where she led an international association of law firms through a period of tremendous growth and change. She created innovative programs for member firms to collaborate cross-culturally on sharing Best Practices in law firm management and business development.

Bev has been a speaker on talent and organizational management at conferences in Brazil, Czech Republic, Mexico, The Netherlands, China, Australia, Los Angeles, New York, Ohio, and more…

Previously, as Northrop Grumman’s Corporate Director of Executive Planning and Development, she created the first companywide succession management process (Organization & Leadership Review); facilitated the CEO’s year-long Total Quality Management team and implemented the CEO’s annual Strategic Leadership Conference for the top 120 company leaders.

Bev Weise completed her B.A. in History (cum laude), M.B.A. in Organization Management, and the Executive Program at UCLA.  She is an ICF certified leadership coach and was an Adjunct Faculty member at Antioch University.

In 2021,Bev co-founded Refugee JumpStart, an organization in Athens, Greece that provides coaching and training to refugees to help them reignite their career and culturally integrate into their host countries.
